Troubleshooting

• Game will not start or runs poorly: restart the app and device, check for a game update in Google Play, and close other demanding apps.
• Ads will not load: check your connection and try again later. Ad availability can vary. A rewarded bonus is granted only after the ad completes and the game confirms the reward.
• Remove Ads is missing: confirm you are using the Google Play account that made the purchase, connect to the internet, then restart the game so it can check the entitlement. Remove Ads affects automatic interstitials; optional rewarded ads remain available.
• Progress looks missing: check that you are on the same device and Android profile. Progress is stored locally and may depend on your device's backup and restore settings. Avoid clearing app storage before checking your backups.
